Several things have brought me to this place. All of which I am thankful for (some more than others.) I have always loved to be creative but was not always great with the creative hand. I love to look for bargains, shop for new trends, repurpose old junk or simply, love old junk. I thought since I ws clearly not successful at running my own boutique ( I really didn't like the limits it set), why not tell everyone all of the great things I find along the way. This isn't just about my home or just about clothing, its everything that I think that is design and everything that makes stuff pretty and interesting. Today I was browsing some of the blogs that I enoy and this is what I found.


I will preface this with my daughter is 9 months and she is becoming mobile and although by no means is my house in order I desperately want it to be unique. I also will say that I have a 784 doors that are not being used. What a better way to put these to use.

**I have an idea- because my stairs are not enclosed-- I am going to graciously ask my loving husband if he could add a column at the foot of my stairs so that we can attach the door to the column. Of course the column would be secured to the floor and ceiling. What a great way to give this idea my own twist (thinking aloud).
